I am a senior policy specialist in development and governance. My interest lies in leveraging governance and institutions as catalysts for industrialization and sustainable development. Currently, I work as a Research and Policy Specialist in Environment and Governance at the Global Policy Centre for Governance of the United Nations Development Programme, where I lead the Research and Engagement Agenda on Fair Green Transitions.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed research programs across the academic, public, and private sectors. With expertise in policy impact evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methods, I possess a comprehensive understanding of key policy issues and challenges facing various sectors, including energy, mining, water, and health. My research has been published in journals and books across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
I have received support from several prestigious organizations, including the Fulbright Commission, the Open Society Foundation, and Fundación Carolina, among others.
I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Before pursuing my doctorate at Penn, I earned an M.A. in Political Science from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a B.A. (Licenciatura) in Political Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
