I am a senior policy analyst specializing in sustainable development and governance, with a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, I work as a Research and Policy Specialist in Environment and Governance at the Global Policy Centre for Governance of the United Nations Development Program, where I am leading the Research and Engagement Agenda on "Unpacking the Political Economy of Fair Green Transitions." Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed research programs in the academic, public, and private sectors. With expertise in policy impact evaluation using qualitative and quantitative methods, I have a comprehensive understanding of key policy issues and challenges facing various sectors, including energy, environment, and health policies. My research has been published in journals and books in the US, Europe, and Latin America. Throughout my career, I have received support from multiple prestigious organizations, such as the Fulbright Commission, the Open Society Foundation, and the Fundacion Carolina, among others.
Before pursuing my doctorate at Penn, I received a MA in Political Science from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a BA (Licenciatura) in Political Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
